All services offered by Desde la Consciencia are provided in the form of electronic video files delivered to you within 48 hours of purchase. These services are considered intangible and are not physical products.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of my services and the fact that I provide electronic video files that can be accessed and viewed repeatedly, I do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances. The satisfaction of a Tarot reading is subjective and can vary based on individual expectations. My primary focus is to channel messages and deliver accurate Tarot readings.

3. Refund Policy

I will consider issuing a refund only if you contact me within 3 hours of your purchase. To request a refund, please email me at info@desdelaconsciencia.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the following information:

Your full name
Date and time of purchase
Reason for the refund request

I will review your request and, if approved, process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Failure to do so may result in a delayed delivery. In such cases, I am not responsible for any dissatisfaction and will not issue refunds.
